This will be a first-of-its-kind SERCAL conference and we think you’re going to love it!
You’ve told us there’s not enough time for all the good stuff, so here it is:

Dorm accommodations are available for economy (and fun!) including evening social activities. You can register for the dorms through Fri 19 April when you register for the conference. If you’ve already registered for the conference and would like to add a dorm room, you can do so here.
These rates are available Feb 1 thru Apr 19 or until we reach capacity:
Member/Presenter: $365
Member: $380
Presenter (non-member): $415
Non-Member: $430
Fieldtrips: NextGen-Tribal / Member / Non-member
$40 / $55 / $70
Dorm (Wed pm - Sat am, 3 days, 3 nights): Single / Shared room
Regular: $400 / $300
NextGen or Tribal: $200 / $150

Your company is considering being a sponsor, which means you might be comped? Don’t worry! Go ahead and register, then email julie@sercal.org and she will keep your registration in place til arrangements are made.
Here are the fieldtrips! If you love fieldtrips, you know we deliver great excursions. Plus it’s a great warm-up for two days of sessions!
Dorms?!? Yes! Think of it as glamping, staying out of traffic during the conference, reducing your carbon footprint, and having more quality time for yourself or for meeting more members of the community! The campus is beautiful (we’re sort of taking it over) and you’ll love how nice it is to walk in the fresh air. And just so you know, key conference organizers are staying in the dorm!
Are you NextGen or Tribal member and short on cash for the whole shebang? Go ahead and register and then fill out the Stipend Application. We will do our best to provide as many stipends as we can for travel, get you a dorm room, and provide free registration if you present (a poster) and/or volunteer. We want you there!!
