The 2015 Symposium will be held October 28-31 at the San Diego Convention Center, located on San Diego Bay near the historic and lively Gaslamp Quarter. Join fellow land managers, researchers, and conservationists to catch up on the latest findings in invasive plant biology and management. Sessions include:
- New Tools for Invasive Plant Management
- Strategies for Eradication Success
- Desert Weeds of Alta and Baja California
- Working with Conservation Corps
- Stopping the Next Invaders
On October 29, in conjunction with the Symposium, Cal-IPC is offering a special one-day conference: Habitat Conservation Planning & Invasive Plant Management. The conference program overlaps partially with the Symposium program in order to capitalize on the potential for cross-fertilization between land managers, researchers and planners.
The symposium will end on Saturday, October 31, with two full-day and one half-day trips.
